Refunds and Cancellation Policy

LIKA STUDIO reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. LIKA at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

We offer Refund within the first 7 Days of your purchase . If 7 Days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a Refund or cancellation of any kind

​Once the refund is processed the customer will get refund within 7-8 days on his bank account

i. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or

ii. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or

iii. For any reason outside the control of the LIKA including causes for project delivery related logistical difficulties.

Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:

a) In case, the Customer cancels the order online before the Project Start date, the entire order amount will be

refunded.

b) In case the Project is not completed before Deadline, the Customer can cancel the project online Total order amount after deduction will be refunded.

c) However, the Project once delivered cannot be cancelled in any case.

d) In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same Project, the total deducted amount will be refunded.

e) In case of cancelled Project/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the Customer, if any, is likely to be forfeited

f) LIKA STUDIO offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the Customer card/account

g) In case of part cancellations, the amount refunded will be corresponding to the part cancellation

Returns is a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the LIKA STUDIO to you. All Services listed under a particular category may not have the same return policy. For all services, the returns/replacement policy provided on the Package page shall prevail over the general return policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below The return policy is divided into three parts; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

If you are unhappy with the Projects for any reason, you can Cancel the Projects within 7 days of booking. Replacement is subject to availability. At the moment all returns must be in-person at our office or at our events.

Refunds: Refunds are issued upon receipt of a Projects in a Serviceable condition (subject to the above exception). A restocking fee may apply
